THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES: full conference documentation, two luncheons,interpretation

CANCELLATION: Should you be unable to attend, a substitute is always welcome at no extra charge. Alternatively, we will make a prompt refund less service charge of 15% of the fee for cancellations before September 17, 2010. Any cancellation that is received after September 17, 2010 but before Oct.8, 2010 will bear 50% of the full liability. Cancellations received after Oct.9, 2010 will bear the full liability of the total conference fee.
